Taquitos With Cashew Fruit Meat


● Siete cassava tortillas (any tortillas will work)
● 1 pack Caju Love
● 1 tsp garlic powder
● 1 tsp onion powder
● 1 tsp chili powder
● 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
● Handful of chopped kale
● 1 tsp cumin
● 1 tsp coriander
● 1/2 tsp Salt
● 1/4 pepper
● 1/4 cup vegan shredded cheese

● 1 15oz can black beans
● 2 garlic cloves minced
● 1 tsp garlic powder
● 1 tsp onion powder
● 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
● 1 tsp cumin
● Salt and pepper
● Squeeze of half a lime
● 1/4 cup water or broth


● Crumble one pack of caju into a bowl with your seasoning and kale and mix to combine
● In a non stick pan cook your caju until golden brown
● Begin preparing your beans by rinsing one can of beans and straining
● In a small pot cook your beans along with two cloves minced garlic
● Add in your spices, lime, and water,
● begin slightly mashing beans until you reach your desired texture
● In a non stick pan heat your tortillas to soften
● Begin assembling the taquitos by first topping your tortillas with beans, then your caju “pork”, shredded vegan cheese
● Roll the tortilla being careful not to lose any of the filling
● Facing seam side down cook taquitos in an air fry
